Evaluating 18th century verse is not an easy task. After all, the use of diction, the heathen references, and the metaphors used then might be a little to a fault different from what are being used now. As such, it would be needed to take into account the usage of the languagethe construction, the idioms being used then, as sanitary as the different expressions being used then.
